Good Housekeeping and Amino Fres-C Breakfast and Baon in a Breeze

Good Housekeeping and Amino Fres-C Breakfast and Baon in a Breeze

I personally agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Being a student a filling and healthy breakfast would help me be more productive and alert in school the whole day. Same is true with healthy baon for kids since my baon for lunch will help me go through the rest of my day.

Good Housekeeping and Ajinomoto Amino Fres-C juice drink just recently presented the BREAKFAST and BAON in A BREEZE an event intended for busy mommies or people who are in charge of preparing kids breakfast and baon.

Luckily I was invited to this event through SUMMIT Media which is just perfect since my primary task at home is to prepare our breakfast and baon for school. At a young age I learned how to cook meals for my family. My interest in food has inspired me to learn cooking and by attending the Breakfast and Baon in a Breeze event has taught me valuable kitchen lessons which I could use in the kitchen.

Expert nutritionist from Ajinomoto explains the healthy goodness of Ajinomoto products

Yum, yum, yum- participants enjoying the food tasting portion

This one memorable fun game

Chef and food editor Ms. Roselle Miranda demonstrated ways to prepare yummy breakfast and quick to prepare baon for school.

Chef Roselle Miranda giving us tips on her cooking demo

She presented us with easy and healthy meals perfect for baon such as:

Chicken Cheese Potato Hash

Corn & Ham Macaroni N’ Cheese

Potato Chicken Fritata

Cheesy Ham & Corn Omelet

Things I’ve learned from “Breakfast and Baon in a Breeze” event

*Good tasting breakfast and baon for kids can be healthy and quick to prepare. Just like the dishes chef Roselle presented to us- it looked easy to make and yet yummy. Adding a variety of food groups into a dish will do the trick in making it healthy.

*Frying is not really bad. YES to this. As discussed in the vent frying foods the right way lessen fat and caloric content. I learned that it is important to get the right frying temperature of 365 to 375 degrees. If you don’t have a food thermometer you can test it by frying a small piece of food and when it rises, it means the temp is good enough for healthy frying.

*Healthy juice drink for baon is possible. One of the highlights in the Breakfast and Baon in a Breeze event is the introduction of AMINO FRES-C powder juice drink. This is good news to us who are assigned to prepare daily breakfast and baon for kids. Ajinomoto has invested so much in researching and perfecting a health drink that is high in nutrition and affordable for everybody. Now I can easily prepare our juice baon the healthy way and a one Amino Fres-C litro pack is good enough for us 3 kids.

Amino Fres-C Powder Juice Drink is now our favorite healthy juice baon

What I love about Amino Fres-C is the fact that this healthy powder juice is full of branched amino acids essential for us school going students. It can keep our bones and muscle healthy. Boost our immune system to prevent infection and speed up wound healing. And can provide extra energy for school work and play. Amazing!
